Bekas is the first Kurdish café in Liverpool, serving hot drinks, patisseries, pastries and bespoke cakes freshly baked using all the original ingredients from Kurdistan. The menu includes an interesting mix of English, Turkish, Arabic and Kurdish food all of which are freshly cooked and served.
It is a nice and cosy café with friendly staff members whose main priority is to give quality service to the customers and the same warm, welcoming feeling as is done in Kurdistan.
Visit the café to try their original Kurdish coffee and hot Baklava made from ghee – a form of clarified butter which is also known as milk fat. However, they also have vegan options to suit the needs of the customers.
Opening time : Monday – Saturday from 8am-7pm
