Here's an amazing opportunity for SMEs in The Fabric District tomorrow 👇

On Thursday November 4th, 10am-1pm, @doesliverpool are hosting a business clinic with entrepreneur and former Dragons' Den judge @pierslinney

Piers will be working with a few local SMEs to share advice and help provide support for day to day issues they are facing.

This workshop is directed particularly at small businesses with 10 employees or less and working in sectors or businesses where the use of technology is less common.

As part of this support, Piers is offering a grant of £10,000 to a small business who can demonstrate their innovation and use of technology to survive and thrive through the pandemic and beyond.

@fabricdistrictlpl CIC is on the hunt for a new board member.

We were set up in 2017 by a group of local stakeholders passionate about regenerating the London Road and Islington areas of Liverpool.

📣 We now have an exciting board opportunity available in the role of Physical and Green Regeneration Lead. This voluntary position is perfect for anyone with a background in planning, regeneration or the built environment.

📍 The role of a board member is incredibly rewarding, varied and never dull! It is also hard work - we have no staff and rely upon our board and stakeholders to give up their time and work together for the good of the area and our city. You will be required to work approximately one day per month and attend quarterly meetings and subcommittees.

📍 The area is full of promise and opportunity but there’s lots of work to be done. If you’re passionate about regeneration and have the time to spare, we’d love to hear from you.

Tune in to Statues Redressed at 9pm tonight on @skyarts

🎥 Filmed here in Liverpool over the summer, this is an exploration of the stories behind historic statues in the city. @northerntown.tv commissioned 20 artists to creatively reimagine these statues to highlight their role in society today, as part of the ongoing debate around who and what should be immortalised as public monuments.

All the contributors are absolutely wonderful, including @marylamb_fabricationstudios @houseofsuarez @westgaph @daniellismore @stephenjonesmillinery @bobandrobertasmith @vortexcreates and many more familiar faces.

Guac n Roll the punk rock vegan kitchen is back!

Wasted Heroes is an electronic music-inspired streetwear label featuring bold screen-printing on comfortable pieces. ⠀
