Last month more than 50 people attended our public consultation events to share their views about the future of the Fabric District.
Thank you to everyone who attended – your active participation, enthusiasm and willingness to give their thoughts and ideas were truly inspiring and we were delighted to see such a diverse representation of voices coming together.

Your input will greatly contribute to shaping the future of the Fabric District. The events have already been invaluable in helping us understand the community’s needs, aspirations, and concerns and your insights have given us a clearer vision of the path we need to take to create an even more remarkable future for this area.
All information gathered from the survey and consultation events will be used to develop our soon-to-be-published Community Development Plan, which will present our vision for the physical, economic, cultural and social regeneration of the area. We hope it will accurately reflect the desires and aspirations of the Fabric District community so we can shape the Fabric District into a thriving, sustainable and welcoming place for all.
