Pole and Aerial fitness studio based in Liverpool City, in the heart of one of the student districts just off London Road. Alice the founder of the studio has been experienced in both skills for 8 years and opened the studio in 2021 to start providing students a fitness environment free from judgment and a place where everyone can be themselves comfortably. We offer both beginner and intermediate classes and mixed-abilities stretch and flexibility classes. We have both full classes and private sessions available as well as catering for Hen Parties.
